Returns, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Vinovara, every product is prepared and packed with utmost care. Due to the personal nature of hair care products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

Eligible for Replacement

We will gladly offer a replacement if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is leaking upon delivery.
• The package is significantly damaged during transit.

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photographs of the package and product, at Info@vinovara.in or +91 75229 11925.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

• A replacement is not possible.
• Your order cannot be fulfilled.
• Duplicate payments are made.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Products cannot be returned because:

• You changed your mind.
• The fragrance or texture does not match personal preference.
• The product has been opened or used.
• Incorrect usage instructions were followed.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
